Smoked sugar in…?
Hmmm... there are SO many ways to use Rogan’s Smoked Sugar.
It’s Autumn, with the nights closing in, and we're looking for a nice something to add to our drinks. Stir a small amount of smoked sugar into your warm honey & ginger tea or for the later nights, add a spoon into a large jug of warmed cider to share amongst friends.
For the cocktail creators, finish/begin your cocktail with a small amount of smoked sugar. It'll lift margaritas & bring out the rum in it; for those of us who prefer an Old Fashioned, just a little will add a lot.
Christmas is the perfect time for using our smoked sugar. Add it to your usual recipe of honey and cloves for the topping to an extra-special baked ham. If you can’t wait that long- add it to your grilled rashers for your weekend fry.
Use it as a finishing sugar in your non-alcoholic punch, sprinkle it across ginger-bread cookies and stir into your mulled wine to add extra depth. It will go particularly well with warm spicy drinks. When using whipped cream, sprinkle a little across a rhubarb tart or on top of your Irish coffee.
